Application Analyst
 
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for detail analysis of requirements and design business application system (such as AS/400 , ABACUS, ITSS) , provide support and training users under the supervision of application manager
  • Analyze and review user requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
  • Maintain & support existing application system for Billing-MARCO (AS/400), ABACUS-FINCO, ITSS
  • Raise change requests in CONS system to IBG-IM for program development in ITSS system if required
  • Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for system development
  • Assist users to develop test plan
  • Develop user manual documentation and training users
  • Coordinate with users and Third Party Vendors for new application software development
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university with course work in Accounting, Business administration or Business computer science
  • At least 3-5  years of hand on experiences in Oracle Financials Application implementation, AS/400 system development
  • At least 2-3  years of experience in using Oracle tools such as PL/SQL, Developer 2000 (Form, Report)
  • Good command both in Writing and Speaking English
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and good interpersonal skill.
  • Able to work with team or independently, self motivated, and result-oriented
 
 
Business Consultant
 
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Sell products and services of FXGS (MOS, DOCS, BPS) in order to achieve individual revenue and profit target (Operation Plan)
  • Responsible to sell products and services of FXGS (BPS) to customers which is assigned by FXGS Sales Manager
  • In order to sell products and services, Business Consultant must engage with customers follow the “Client Centered Selling: CCS” principal
  • Responsible to analyst his/her territory (industries) and make the sales plan for each account
  • Responsible to coordinate with FXGS Pre & Post Sales Support Team, Customize and Development Team, FXGS Operation Team, Service Delivery Operation Team and Project Manager in order to propose the right solution and ensure the completed implementation
  • Responsible to propose the proposal and/or quotation to customers by the approval of the price and profit margin from FXGS Sales Manager
  • Business Consultant has the duty to join and participate in the trainings that FXGS Sales Manager specifies for skill and product/service knowledge development.
  • Business Consultant has the duty to study and have knowledge about the country macro economic, market, competition, and all related to work.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields
  • Master Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields (Preferable)
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, at least 3 years in sales or marketing field.
  • Strong understanding in IT Solution, business process outsourcing or outsourcing business
  • Strong customer service/management skills
  • Good command of English
  • Has capability to work under pressure
  • Has responsibility to own performance and commitment

Computer System Architecture / Administrator
 
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Enterprise Software products (in your portfolio) and appropriate solutions
  • Maintain readiness of demonstration equipments and solutions.
  • Demonstrate and explain to customers the benefits and technical functions of DM/CM solutions. Particularly associated software products and new products that suit to your territory
  • Provide proper training/refreshment to sales support staff when new/updated model or solution arrived or release
  • Assist sales support staff with the preparation of proposals (technical components)
  • Assist sales support staff to evaluate customer requirements, in particular, their technical configuration. Recommend a Xerox solution including, where appropriate, software, hardware and services requirements (Diagram, Program Specification, System sizing, Sample application, etc)
  • Innovated new application to support DMS/CMS for potential prospect which requested by sales rep. or sales support in a proper number
  • Assist existing customers to maximize the productivity of their Xerox solution by solving problems, identifying further applications, varying procedures or through the sale of additional solutions
  • Certify the viability of solution orders by signing off pilot solution configurations prior to the order being processed
  • Responsible to implement and extends to the point where the major application is in full production environment
  • Provide consulting services (chargeable services) to customers as required and within THFX guidelines
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in related field
  • Good knowledge of PC and Macintosh
  • Good presentation skill
  • Good command of read and written English
  • Proficient in Network and Database administrator
  • Proficient in Windows Servers and UNIX server installation
  • Knowledge of Programming using Vistual, Java, XML
  • Patient and good problem solving skill
  • Able to travel upcountry occasionally
  • Able to bring own vehicle to work will be an advantage
